Skizzit empowers professionals and creators to turn their skills into an online business. By using Skizzit, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Skizzit, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using Skizzit's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use Skizzit only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
3. Content Standards
Content uploaded or shared within the communities must adhere to our content standards. This includes, but is not limited to:
- No adult content or sexually explicit material.
- No hate speech or abusive language.
- No illegal or unethical content.
4. Community Review
Every community created on Skizzit will be reviewed by our team before it is approved. We reserve the right to reject any community that does not meet our standards or violates our terms.
5. Monetization and Fees
Community owners can earn revenue through Stripe Connect. Skizzit charges a 15% commission fee on each payment made through the platform. By using our services, you agree to these fees.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Skizzit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Skizzit or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
Skizzit reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform, without any advance notice, for conduct that Skizzit believes violates this agreement or is harmful to other users of the platform or the business interests of Skizzit.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Skizzit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
9. Changes to the Agreement
Skizzit reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new agreement on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes have been posted shall constitute your acceptance of such revised agreement.
